Leone was an excellent tour guide to Waimea Canyon. He is knowledgeable on Hawaiian history, the language, the plants, and was a very good driver.

ハナウマベイは予約が大変とのことで利用しました。 予約の心配がないこと、現地での行列をスルーできることを考えると、概ね満足。 しかし、時間を守ってくれなかったのが残念な点でした。 余裕を持って集合場所に到着したものの、知らされていた出発時間になってもバスが現れず、15分ほど遅れてバスが来ました。 とても不安な時間を過ごしました。 帰りのバスも、時間を守って行ったにも関わらず、次のバスに回されました。 どれくらい待つのかたずねても、すぐ来るから待って、と言われるのみでここでも不安を感じました。 結局次のバスが来るまでもまた15分ほど待たされました。

My partner and I booked our trip to Oahu through Costco Travel, and Roberts Hawaii was the shared airport shuttle service provided. The large coach buses were nice, clean, had comfortable seats, and were air conditioned. The shuttle service from our hotel to the airport at the end of our trip was excellent. Cousin “Elaine” was a fantastic tour guide as part of our princess cruise. She was very knowledgeable and had a friendly personality and was a joy to speak with during our tour. I would highly recommend her and her tour. She asked us to refer to her as cousin Elaine and considered everyone family.

Not worth it. These guys ditched my family and myself after they didn’t give instructions on pickup. We waited at the kiosk and no one was there. Their rep continued to lie and didn’t offer any help. Left us stranded.

Bay is beautiful but the rain made for a lackluster day. Admissions fee is reasonable. Robert’s Hawaii was very confusing for departure times. Waited for over an hour for pickup due to poorly communicated schedule changes. Got soaked to the bones. Needed a better day.

My husband and I chose this tour because we could start and end in Oahu where we were staying but get a full day on the Big Island. The Volcano National Park was a big reason we went with Robert's Hawaii tours. Our tour guide Grover was informative from the first moments we interacted and didn't stop with his facts or information until he dropped us off in Kona. We were lucky enough to see Kileaua erupt shortly after arriving in the park and watch it progress as we explored more of the park. Gro

Great driver! Easy access for wheelchair user! We had one of the big green buses with a functioning lift at the back of the bus. Our WONDERFUL driver, Lisa, knew how to use the lift and was ON IT with getting us onboard safely and quickly. Lisa is also a knowledgeable, funny, and caring tour guide. You get more than a shuttle ride! Our guides name was Ray and our driver, Claude, they were the best! Ray was warm, personable and gave us a magical tour that my husband and I agree, was one of our best tours we did the week we were there! Loved every second! He even sang "What a Wonderful World" for us, which is my favorite song of all time!

This was PERFECT. We were shuttled from our hotel, skipped the lines at admission, and didn't have to worry about not getting a spot in the park. Highly recommend.

Last time we played the ticket game, paid for parking, sat in line for 45 min, watched the video, and finally made it to the bay. This time we booked with Roberts Hawaii, and it was so much better!!!! Pick your pickup location, pick the time, jump on a comfortable air conditioned bus, WATCH THE REQUIRED VIDEO EN ROUTE, and walk straight down to the bay!
