The absolute best experience! We had two younger children and they were amazing to work with. We all got up on the boards and the instructors were very patient and helpful with all instructions. It was a beautiful day and a memory we will cherish for years to come (seriously wish I had a photo of my son for you all to see the big grin on his face when he got up the first time!!). Thanks for a great day and a great first time surfing!!

Had the best time learning to surf with Kane he was amazing a true Hawaiian waterman and expert surfer If you want to learn to surf on your first outing and get up on your board quick this is the place to go So professional courteous and knowledgeable he read the waves like someone in a movie and he put us on the perfect wave each time They will set you up at your own pace and move you around on the waves based on how you are doing so you get the most from your experience the better you do the b

A great day of surfing! They booked us last minute and took out a bunch of kids with mixed skill. Kala did a great job. Everyone had a lot of fun and grew their skills. We would definitely work with them again!

Amazing surf experience! Surfed Chun’s and Puaena pt. alongside honu and anuenue. Kala, Kekai, Kane, Nakoa and all the instructors are excellent, knowledgeable watermen who really know the North Shore waves and breaks. My four kids (Ages 10-19) loved their surf lesson. They were all up and surfing within minutes of getting in the water with Anton’s instruction. Even though there were big waves that day, they found a great safe area of the beach. I highly recommend.

Had a great time with James. He helped the 3 of us ride the best waves in the world on the north shore. By the end of the class I felt I had the basics of surfing and was riding the waves as far as I wanted. 🤙

From beginning to end, from scheduling to surfing, North Shore Oahu School was the smoothest experience of our vacation! We came from Austin, TX with 0 experience in surfing and Kane and Maikai (sp?) got both middle age parents and 3 teenage kids up on surf boards in our first hour! Honestly, it was the highlight of our first time in Hawaii.
