Our pilot Tone did a great job explaining local horticulture and landscape. The landing in the rainforest was smooth as butter. They did a great job explaining what to expect. The ride was excellent ! Would recommend.

Our pilot, Josh, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and knows the island well. He gave interesting dialogue on the many, many point's of interest. It being near the end of whale season, he gave an fun whale watch-from-above. I highly recommend Maverick Helicopters on Maui.

We had a really great experience and you could tell that the pilot cared about it. When we spotted some whales, he made sure both sides of the helicopter saw them and could take pictures. Same thing with the waterfalls. Our original itinerary to land in the rainforest wasn’t going to work out well because of clouds so they gave us the option to cancel or accept a little longer time in the helicopter and do the North Maui and Mallonee light path. We loved our trip. The staff were very friendly, helicopter was comfortable, and we saw lots of amazing waterfalls and whales.

We booked this and were very happy with the trip, the pilot and his knowledge. Bring peak humpback whale season the pilot spent extra time finding pods of whales and getting us great photos.

Best tour ever! Our pilot Tone was personable, fun and informative. Much better than many other similar tours we've been on. Lots of waterfalls, cliffs and valleys on the Molokai tour. No transport by them, but Uber got us there fine.

Our experience with Maverick Helicopters was world-class from start to finish. Our pilot and guide, Josh, was fantastic—incredibly knowledgeable and professional. The views of the coastline, hidden waterfalls, and the rainforest were breathtaking, and seeing the winding Road to Hana from above is a perspective I’ll never forget. Highly recommend Josh and the whole Maverick team for anyone visiting Maui!
