We had an amazing time on the submarine water scooters. The Captains and staff were all very helpful and kind. We saw so many fish and turtles. Very easy activity to do for all levels. Tip them well they deserve it!

When we arrived, we noticed that ours was the only boat leaving the harbor. There was a strong wind and white caps on the water. The water was far too choppy to be out. Half of the people on the boat vomited. When I had an opportunity to use the submarine scooter, I was held at the surface for so long that by the time I started to descend, I was extremely nauseated. I repeatedly vomited in the helmet (it was exactly as gross as you can imagine) and had to discontinue. I’m a certified scuba diver

An incredible experience !!. Beats any type of snorkeling event. The Island Water Team are just incredible. The Team ensures we are all safe and enjoy a great experience seeing fish and turtles.

All the staff are extremely nice and reassuring. We had a great time and would recommend this to anyone and do this activity again! Save some money by booking bundles of activities through the Island WaterSports Hawaii Center, as these activities can get pricey. The boat ride and experience were about 2 hours long; the time flew by. There were a number of other groups on the boat as well, but not crowded at all. Snacks and drinks were provided, and the boat was clean and dry.

It was a awesome experience! Almost as amazing as watching the birth of my children!! I cannot recommend enough! The staff is wonderful and really makes it unforgettable! Everything was amazing! Cannot wait to get back and do it again!!

This Submarine Scooter Adventure was hands down the best activity we did in Oahu, and we did six different excursions during our trip. It was the very first thing my husband and I did for my birthday, and we seriously considered doing it again before we left. We only didn’t because we ran out of time. We had a fantastic time scootering around the reef! The experience was incredible—we were surrounded by schools of fish the entire time we were underwater, and we even spotted a sea turtle. Having a fish-feeding net attached to the front of the scooter made the interaction even better. The guides were excellent and very attentive. Our family of three adults and two teenagers enjoyed the journey to a reef right off the shore of Oahu for the unique scooters -- we were surrounded by fish. And we also jumped on the Sea-Doo scooters, which was a highlight of our trip to Oahu. The motorized vehicles let us soar through the water and even leap out of it like dolphins.
