Trip was awesome, exciting and informative. Sawyer was an amazingly hard worker the whole 6 hours we were out he didn’t stop working. While we were trolling Sawyer explained the reason for fishing the way they do, explained lures and exactly how the fish were attracted to the boat and lures. Captain Dee and First Mate Sawyer are top notch guys and great fishermen. My wife and I had such a great time. We saw Pilot Whales, Hundreds of Dolphins and flying fish. All of that was great, but the best part was the actual fishing. We first hooked up on 550 pound Blue Marlin. Fought him for a little and he broke the line. We kept on fishing and landed 2 more smaller 200 pound Blue Marlin. We definitely got our monies worth! You gotta book with High Noon!!!

We chose High Noon because we wanted a private boat that was family friendly. We had our 9, 13, and 16 kids with us. Captain D and Sawyer were exceptional. Sawyer taught everyone how to use the fighting chair and we were ready to catch the big one. We didn’t have to wait long! We arrived early to find Captain Kevin and Jason already preparing Kuuipo for our days adventures! We spent some time catching the bait we required and began fishing just as the sun began to rise. We went deep sea fishing on one of our visits to Kona and had a terrible experience with a crew that was arrogant and rude. They weren’t interested in giving advice or teaching and told us if we caught anything they were going to take the catch for themselves. Our experience with High Noon was completely different. We had a great time with Captin Kevin and Jason. They are two real guys who are fun to be around. They wanted to put us on fish just as bad as we wanted to catch some. We got lucky and were able to catch some. The boat was awesome, and we will definitely be fishing with them again. They ran a great boat and I can't say enough good about them. 10/10 would recommend.

This was the highlight of our trip to the Big Island for our 17 year old daughter. She got to reel in and land a 130 pound blue marlin. Though it was the only fish caught, Captain Kevin and deckhand Jason were amazing at making the trip memorable. I appreciate the captain rescheduling our trip with another boat, but we had zero communication from him on the situation. This boat is in need of a lot of repairs. I am not sure I would have fished on it after seeing its condition. Apparently, there was an engine issue a couple of days before, but we were never contacted.

We booked High Noon Sportfishing Charters this past early March for a 3/4 day trip. That trip quickly turned into a grandiose adventure with plenty of action! My husband and I took our two children (8 and 6) out on High Noon for a private charter. It was the best fishing experience we could have asked for. Within an hour, my husband was strapped into the fighting chair ready to reel in a blue marlin. As Judah was setting him up, we got a second bite with another blue marlin. We had a great trip with High Noon Charters. We arrived at the dock early and Capt. Dee was ready and away we went. Captain Dee gave us some options for the day unlike other companies we went and caught some bait and we where off fishing. Wasn’t the best day for fishing, but they still made it pleasurable. We did catch a nice Mahi Mahi which was a great thrill. I’ll be back again and again because these guys can fish and are fun to be with.
