Bad bad experience! We booked for March 26 but got bumped to April 1 when we were not even going to be in Hawaii. Was able to cancel however and re-book for the following day Thursday, but again had issues. We booked it for 8 o’clock and we didn’t get there until 1130 because of transportation issues we kept getting pushed back further and further. The wife and I went on the January 23, 2026 tour. I can't believe that I never went to Pearl Harbor on my many visits to Hawaii! It was a very memorable experience. Jeremiah (Cousin Miah), was our driver and tour guide. He was very entertaining and gave us a pre-tour and post-tour history of the area. First off, our tour/shuttle bus driver was in a really terrible mood, and didn’t hide it, not to mention, very difficult to understand. Shadow Box = shuttle bus, Rose = Ross, but his mood did get a little better later in the day. Once we got to Pearl Harbor, I’d done this tour over 10 years ago and it was great, it felt more like pushing cattle thru a squeeze shoot. How many can we jam thru and collect their money. The details while booking are misleading !!! We could have better taken a taxi or Uber from hotel to Pearl Harbour… The bus just picked us and dropped us off at Pearl Harbour. USS Arizona tickets are NOT included as mentioned in the booking and we had to stand in a long “standby” queue, something we could have done ourselves. There is no tour guide, nothing. Would strongly recommend that this tour should be avoided !!

This was an amazing day! Summer made it such fun. She share incredible information with everyone. Summer is definitely the best tour guide we have ever experienced. Her guidance was perfect and helped us have the best experience possible. The Pearl Harbor tour was very emotional, educational and moving. Lunch was tasty and efficiently provided. The Polynesian Culture Center went beyond our expectations. Truly beautiful and informative. We definitely recommend this tour!!!

Summer was an excellent guide. She was very knowledgeable about the history of the island. It would’ve been nice to ask more questions instead of her just continuously talking. The Dole plantation was a money grab, it could be eliminated from this tour as we did not learn anything about pineapples, but saw a lot of pineapple merchandise. more time should be given to Pearl Harbor, there wasn’t enough time to see all of the museum. The site is somber and uplifting at the same time. Well maintained and beautiful. We bought a tour package so our time was EXTREMELY limited. I would love to go back but I will take my chances with a taxi or something. $925 for just a couple hours at the site isn't my idea of a good deal.
